‘Aksha’ is led by Sanju Prakash, carrying forward her Grandfather’s business and bridging the gap between the farmers, thereby getting pure hing to your kitchen. Sanju says “I really love hing. It is not just a condiment for me, it is a memory from the lanes of childhood. I have daily fond memories of growing up, where my mother would give a “tadka” of hing in ghee (temper hing in pure ghee) and add it to the food she prepared.
