These mangoes are brought to you from Alex T. He has 150 acres of land in Theni and Ambasamudram (Tamil Nadu). He's been practicing natural farming at their farms and have several mango varieties growing, in addition to gooseberry, coconut, cashew, drumsticks and paddy. Fruits will be in raw to semi-ripe stage and you need to wait for 3-4 days to have them fully ripen. Keep them in a paper bag or box for faster ripening. Nice and sweet and flavourful - these turned out to be dark horse, and are so far our most favourite mangos of this season.
