A chance exposure to the number of fertilizers in the fruits and vegetables that we bring from market (was helping my son to make a school project on ‘residual fertilizers in fruits & vegetables’ few years back!) triggered the need to grow what we need and what we are sure of! That’s how bought a small 2.5-acre land in Byalkere 4km from solur on Mangalore/Hassan expressway. It took 1 year to rejuvenate the soil, restore the natural Organisms and prepare the topsoil with ample help from friends who are Agri scientists and agriculturists. Having spent 30th are on corporate world for both me and Aditya, we are going through basic learnings and my lesson is - the less you know about classical farming model (chemical based) the better it is to do honest farming that’s not killing the soil,
