Holla's Halla is a family run farm at Ujjeni Village near Doddaballpur, Mr Suresh Halla a Post Graduate from Iisc bought this barren farm land with a vison to organically grow vegetables , Realizing its hard to grow vegetables using no till techniques for a part time farmer, a decision was taken to switch to horticulture. Choosing to go for high density and exotic fruits the farm was planted with Jamun, water apple, avocado, soursop etc. Jute and horse gram was grown as intermediate crop as well to fertilize the soil along with farm yard manure till the saplings grew. A quaint little farm stay based on principal of reduce, reuse and recycle provides additional income
