This Honey is collected from Mr. Joseph's farm near Pathanamthitta, Kerala. He grows Banana, Tapioca, Yam, Malabar tamarind and Rubber without the use of any chemicals. There is a very high probability that the honey will ferment post 3-5 months. here . This Malabar Tamarind is grown in Pathanamthitta, Kerala using natural farming methods at Mr. Joseph's farm. He grows Banana, Tapioca, Yam, Malabar tamarind and Rubber without the use of any chemicals. You can store this tamarind at room temperature in a clean and dry container for several days.
