About Kanak Farm

This is a 10-acre farm area out of which 1 acre is used to grow Alphonso’s. There are 110 trees which are 5 years old. These were brought down and planted here in Kanak farms when they were 2-year-old saplings from Ratnagiri. The mangoes are naturally ripened and have been using neem oil, manure and other natural ways for soil nourishment. These mangoes will be at raw to sem-ripe stage. Since these are allowed to ripen by keeping them in rice straw each fruit will be at a varying stage of ripening. Ripe mangoes will have an aroma and will turn orangish yellow.
