About Mint Acres: Mint acres organic farms is run by a husband and wife duo, Sanjeev and Niveditha, in a little town called Pollach, Tamil Nadu. Mint Acres is the translation of their land's original name "Ananjan Kaadu" - which means a land that is in perfect (mint) condition. Sanjeev and Niveditha's passion for organic farming started soon after their daughter was born and when they wanted to give her the best possible food. They started utilizing their land which has never seen any chemicals for over two decades. Inspired by the techniques of Nammalvar, they started harvesting organic vegetables soon enough.
