NRM Mango Orchards are one of the oldest mango plantations in Pawas, Ratnagiri. Being close to the sea - situated over the hill - with the typical rocky bed rock -these mangoes get their amazing taste and colour profile - unique to Ratnagiri area. The mangoes are naturally ripened in rice husk over a period of 5-6 days to ensure that the mangoes ripen well and come to full maturity. The farm has been following traditional cow-based farming methodology. The trees are regularly sprayed with neem oil, Jeev Amrut and tobacco and chili based natural pesticides to ensure organic growing.
