We are practicing organic farming on our farms in Ananya , Mysore & Sri Sri Dhama @ Bangalore. Basically we are cultivating Turmeric, bananas, avocados & few other fruits like jackfruit, passion fruit, pomelo, jamun, chikkus, Guavas, rose apples, waterapples & few other exotic fruits. In our farm we have avoided tilling & kept to a minimum to only plant turmeric fingers. Otherwise we only mulch the weeds, which are playing a vital role in enriching the micro organisms & there by fertility of the soil. We don't apply any kinds of manures.
