We are creating a supply chain for organic apples - traceable and direct from the farmers. We are a group of people who want to bring in simplicity to what we eat. We decided to revisit the good old times where the focus was on mechanical conversion. In simple words, nothing added, nothing removed. This comes from our belief that mother nature has provided its bounties in abundance and it should not be tampered. Classic elements like Earth, Water and Air provide sustenance to all living beings. We focus on desi ingenious/ traditional varieties as they have superior taste and nutrition. A lot of sourcing happens from tribal and remote upcountry areas as the natural resources are unexploited.
