Sumit Kapoor is a third generation farmer with multiple orchards in the Kulu and Manali region. He manages the farms between himself and his brother Amit Kapoor. Sumit grows Apples - Royal, Golden & Granny Smith along with other fruits like Persimmon, Strawberries & Stone fruits like Plums. Other than freezing, you can do pretty much anything with this apple. These have a good shelf life since they are absolutely fresh - you can eat them for multiple weeks. It will turn yellowish You can store them in normal temperature to increase sweetness and in fridge to extend shelf life.
