Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF)

The Agriculture Infrastructure Fund is a medium-long term debt financing facility for investment in viable projects for post-harvest management infrastructure and community farming assets.

Eligible Projects:
• Warehouses and cold stores
• Sorting, grading, packaging units
• Primary and secondary processing
• Organic processing infrastructure
• Community farming assets

Key Terms:
• Interest rate cap: 9%
• 3% interest subvention for loans up to ₹2 crore (max 7 years)
• Credit guarantee under CGTMSE/NABSanrakshan
• Moratorium and repayment period based on project
