Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
Red Potatoes
Finely Chopped Garlic
Rosemary
Butter

Method
1. Boil the potatoes 
2. Chop into 1 inch pieces
3. Melt butter in a pan
4. Toss in the chopped potatoes, brown the non-skin sides
5. Add the garlic and saute for a minute.
6. Add the rosemary and saute to finish the dish
