Bootcamp FAQ
1. Is this a pre-recorded course or live?
This is a live course with 12 weeks – 24 live sessions, conducted over Saturday and Sunday – 4 pm to 530 pm IST every weekend. This is supplemented with learning materials that you need to consume on your own over the week.
2. What if I miss a session?
We will have recordings available for some time if you miss a session
3. When will the course start? Can I sign up for the next cohort?

5. What does the course cover?

6. I have zero experience in farming or gardening. Is this for me?
Yes, the course does not assume prior expertise in farming or gardening.
7. I am a traditional farmer. Is this for me?
Yes, although some parts of the course may cover aspects you already are familiar with, several sections, especially the ones on the business and planning aspects of organic farming, will definitely be useful.
8. I do not own farmland. Is this for me?
Yes! In fact, doing this course BEFORE you invest money in buying or leasing farmland, may help you make a better decision.
9. Are there practicals?
This particular course is 100% online. As part of it, you will create several plans and documents as real-world assignments which you will use in your real farming adventure as well. Farm practicums involving farm stay at different Farmizen partner farms will be made available at a discounted price for students of this course when they launch.
10. How much time do I need to devote?
In addition to attending the live sessions, you need to put in a couple of hours every week to go through self-study material and assignments which will be released every week to you.
