Making this miracle drink – ABC juice !

We are going to make this magic drink today – ABC juice, with organic fruits and vegetables from Farmizen.

ABC = Apple + Beetroot + Carrot

Great tasting, easy to make AND super healthy.

2 medium carrots, 3 medium apples, 1 medium beetroot, 2 inch ginger, some fresh mint sprigs, a bit of black salt to taste, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. In a slow juicer. And voila ! Garnish with a lemon slice to make it look like a fancy cocktail.

If you don’t have a juicer – no worries – here is how you can make it using a regular kitchen blender – just add some water, and press the pulp down with a fine mesh strainer. Enjoy !
