Home Remedies of Ginger

Ginger has amazing antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and helps generate circulation — three things your face will benefit from.

To Even Out Skin Tone

1.You can apply a small piece of ginger directly on spots that you see hyperpigmentation taking place. Make sure to keep away from eyes so as to avoid inflammation. Then you can rinse in 20 minutes.

2.To see an all face result, you can create a light ginger toner in your own kitchen with just 2 ingredients!

3.Pour 1 cup of fresh ginger juice, mix it properly with one tablespoon of honey.

4.Dab onto your face and/or neck with a cotton pad. Soak it in the toner solution each time followed by dabbing the pad on your skin.

5.Once you are done dabbing at least 2 layers of the toner on to your skin, allow it to sit for 30 minutes, and thoroughly dry. Then rinse your skin slowly and massage your

 

Radiance-Boosting Ginger Mask

Ginger is popularly used to make skin shine or look extremely polished and applying it can end up giving your skin a lovely warm glow.

1.Take one tablespoon of fresh ginger juice with two tablespoons of rosewater, and a half tablespoon of honey.

2.Mix all the ingredients to make a thin solution that will have a sticky consistency due to the honey.

3.Use your fingers or a face spatula to apply this mask evenly to your face and neck.

4. Leave the ginger honey mask on for 20 minutes, touch your face to check if the mask has thoroughly dried out, and then rinse.

Ginger Facial Scrub

1. This scrub can be prepared up at home with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen shelves!

2.Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar and one tablespoon of ground ginger.  

3. Use a warm wet towel to dampen your skin properly, you can exfoliate with this scrub, making sure to use your fingers only to massage your skin. Using your palm on your face to exfoliate leads to excess heat generated- which later leads to breakouts and an increase in acne. Once done, rinse thoroughly.
