1 Small to medium papaya
2 Green Chillies/5 bird’s eye chillies
1 Teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
Cut the papaya into small square pieces. Mix this with chopped onions and salt, and keep it aside for 15 minutes
Heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the papaya, add the turmeric powder, and saute for a minute or two. Now simmer the stove, and cook till the papaya is done(stir occasionally)
Meanwhile, grind together grated coconut, garlic and green chillis or birds eye chillies in the smallest jar of the mixie. Do not add water as it should not become a paste
Add the ground mixture to the papaya, mix well, and cook for a minute or two.
