Tofu oats pancake
200 grams plain tofu
50 grams coriander
100 grams of spinach
75 grams oats.
Salt , pepper & lemon juice as per taste.
You can add garam masala too.
Blend tofu, coriander, spinach & oats together.
Add water as per the consistency of pancake.
Add chopped onions tomatoes capsicum or spread it like a pizza.
You can make pancakes with this batter. It will be creamy, cheesy & delicious.
